Made from the juice of hand-picked apples from traditional Somerset cider orchards, allowed to ferment using naturally occurring yeasts.

This dry, sparkling cider is made from two early-ripening varieties, Morgan Sweet and Long Tom, with the addition of Dabinett juice before bottling, to finish fermentation in the bottle and provide natural fizz.

Clean tasting and citrusy, with hints of green apple. Enjoy chilled in a stemmed fluted glasses.
